I had been using this sea moss consistently for a month. During that time, I took two ACFTs (Army Combat Fitness Test) within two weeks of each other and let me tell you, this stuff works! Usually, after an ACFT, I am so sore that I can barely walk. After taking the sea moss consistently, I had very little soreness after both tests. I’m placing my second order now!
